The Marketing We Put In Place For Dog Trainers That Gives Them A Consistently Packed Calendar On Demand
Once you start dealing with only qualified leads, you'll never go back…
Digital Marketing
It all starts with online advertising. We'll work with you to craft the perfect ad that brings in a consistent flow of new leads inquiring for your services each month that fit your client avatar.
Our team will handle all of the set-up and management of these ads, as well as cater them to match your brand. You just tell us where you want to market, and the type of leads you want to attract.
Appointments, Not Leads
Most marketing companies will run your ads and get you leads, but that's usually where it ends. Leaving you to figure out who's serious and who's not.
With us, our in-house team will handle all of the heavy lifting for you — you just pick up the phone when we're transferring a live lead to you, or call the pre-scheduled appointment we placed on your calendar.
This means you'll spend less time chasing leads, and more time having real conversations with dog owners ready to invest in training.
Lead Conversion
A bunch of appointments with qualified prospects is great, but if they don't pay you, then it's all for nothing.
We'll give you the playbook to help turn these appointments into paying customers, directly from a dog trainer who scaled his business signing up these exact type of leads.
Experience it yourself and say goodbye to inconsistent months
Stop Dealing With "Leads" & Only Deal With Qualified Leads
How Others Typically Do Marketing For Dog Trainers
- Marketing branded to your business
- Gets you leads from their ads
- May use AI to qualify your leads
- Expects you to also call each lead once a day for 3–5 days
- Feels like you're cold calling people who filled out a form
- WAY more labor intensive than what you expected
The Bark Launch Way
- Marketing branded to your business
- Gets you leads from their ads
- Has an in-house team (not overseas) that will qualify your leads via call & text
- You only call the pre-scheduled consultations/evals on your calendar or pick up the phone when we're trying to transfer someone to you
- 100% hands off until we have someone ready to speak with you
- Helps you get back your time
Completely Hands Off Until We Have Someone Ready To Speak With You
When marketing is done right, getting dog training leads online is easy…
The real challenge is turning those "leads" into a fully packed calendar — and that's what we make easy.
With Bark Launch, we don't just do your marketing, we've built a system that saves you time and connects you with more qualified leads — creating the perfect storm for success.

Bark Launch Origin Story

I've been doing marketing & lead generation since 2018, running Leadasaurus for Realtors, which is still in business today. My wife has been the head groomer at a boarding and daycare facility since 2021, and I've wanted to expand into marketing for dog businesses — I just always thought it would be for groomers.
After we rescued Zeppoli (pictured) and needed dog training ourselves, I got the idea to explore marketing for dog trainers. Through research, I noticed a gap in the market — most providers offered "leads," but no one delivered warmer, qualified prospects.
This hands-off approach, where clients only connect with ready-to-talk prospects, is something we've already perfected with Real Estate Agents, so I figured I could bring this same innovation to dog trainers — and thus, Bark Launch was born!
Frequently Asked Questions
First off, we do not work with everyone, and we do that for your benefit as well. To best serve you, we make sure the dog trainers we do bring on board, we feel confident would do well with us, and we do that because we have a reputation to protect.
We're typically able to identify that through the initial application you submit, or through our first conversation once we get a better understanding of your business, your current situation, and where you're trying to take things.
If you're a dog trainer who just got out of school and you're brand new to the industry, our platform is most likely not the best fit for you, but hopefully we can work together down the road once you have more of a foundation.
With all that being said, as long as we identify that we think you'd do well with us, we have clients that range from solo trainers who have only been doing it a couple of years, to those who have a facility with 5 trainers.
Success with online advertising depends on many factors, such as:
- how much you spent
- the offer and ad copy
- the landing page design
- how quickly and often you followed up
- what was said during follow-ups
So if it didn't work for you once, twice, or even three times in the past, just consider that if just one of the above things wasn't optimized or not working the way it should, then maybe you didn't get to experience what it's like when online ads actually do work.
Upon signing up, within 1-2 days we'll have a 45 minute onboarding call. The program is normally turned on within 1-2 days after the onboarding call.
Once the ads are turned on, leads will start signing up roughly that same day, and from there you can expect to start seeing appointments come your way that same day or next day.
We get this thing off the ground fast because we want you feeling that momentum the moment you come on board. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to make your first sale with us sooner.
We understand that you want to make sure you're brand is being represented right. For starters, I do want to point out that our team is not overseas.
Our team's job primary job is to weed through all the inquiries that are signing up from our ads, and only connect you with those who are actually looking for dog training.
We always let the lead know that we are an assistant calling on your behalf (which makes you look bigger), and we're just calling to gather some basic info and connect them with a trainer. We are never giving training advice on your behalf, and if they bring that up in conversation, we always defer to the fact that we are just an assistant, and not the dog trainer.
Having our team reach out to the leads initially is absolutely optional, just preferred, and I think for a lot of clients it would be in their best interest. A lot of factors go into having success with internet leads, but 2 of them are how fast can you call the lead when they sign up, and how many times are you going to follow up?
The average dog trainer is not able to call the leads as fast as us, nor make the amount of dials we would be able to make in that first week to get that lead on the phone.
Plus, this is a primary reason why people come onboard with us. If you've ever paid a company for leads in the past, and they did a good job bringing you leads, then you'll know usually the next bottleneck is getting those people on the phone. Usually about 20% of the leads that you get from the internet will have a bad number. And along the way you'll have people hanging up on you and telling you they didn't know what they signed up for.
Of course there are good leads in every batch, but it can be very time consuming and labor intensive to find those, and that's why we handle all the heavy lifting with the goal of only connecting you with those who are looking for dog training and ready to speak with you.
